Plans are to change out for a catless downpipe, and tune for e85. From what i read the stock fuel system can handle that. Is there anyone around that has done that ? Would i need a e85 flex sensor ?

The stock fuel system on the ats will not support full e85. You will be able to run a 50/50 mix of 93 and e85. That is the info I received from zzperformance when I purchased they?re e85 kit that comes with the sensor. You can go upto a 60/40 mix of e85 if you use their bigger fuel lobe. But ultimately you will need a bigger in tank fuel pump and mechanical fuel pump to run full e85
