I have a 2000 Dodge 2500 4x4 with 5.9L gas jtec+ ecu here that i can open, modify and write files in editor. Can connect to vehicle with scanner, populates vehicle vin and info. Can scan for codes, but it will not Connect when start scan button pressed, no live information provided. Can anyone shed some light. Running newest version. Attached is vcm suite info. Update to 4.7 beta and try again.
OK tried using beta and it would give me live data for 02's and tps but that's all any other idea's thanks.

Same problem here. It will connect to the vehicle (98 Durango) but will not scan.

i have try diffrent ecu one same year ..dont scan and a newer that scanner work, prob a bug fore early jtec 96-98 inst 99 up jtec+ ?
have a 2001 durango and it scan ok.
also try a vw and it works.
I tried the current Beta and it just does the same thing as 4.8.7.

Just an update from my issue: You have to use "Vehicle Default" channels and not SAE channels. Works great after I switched and added the high resolution rpm channel.
Worked for me too. Just got HP tuners for my Dodge and had the same issue. Thank you!!!!
