Not A tuner but?

Hi, first of all I,m not a tuner, but not new to diesel. Would like advice on who to and how to get started on some real tuning for my 5.9 I have all supporting mods for 500hp will be looking into new injectors around Black Friday. My truck budget is I little low now just did EMF bjs. I would like some recommendations on some one to do my tuning in Tucson Az. area. I have been reading posts on here getting some basics from the members posts on tuning. But am a noob in tuning.Ran heavy duty truck shop for 5yrs in international mining operation. Looking for advice from the experienced members here.
