Where did my licenses go?

I tried to write a file and it prompted me to license. So I did what I thought was 2 credits for an E92 controller on my car. It appeared to apply them and then nothing happened.

Now I can't write any files. They all say I don't have the license for the file. Shouldn't I be able to write a file? When I look in my License Information I see 2 credits for my controller.


What gives? It's a 2016 Corvette. Thanks in advance for any help that you can provide.

Have you opened a support ticket by any chance? If so what is your ticket number?

Honestly it sounds like you read the FSCM/CCM to me though which requires an additional license. Otherwise do a new read of the ecm only if you have no plans to tune the FSCM/TCM.
