2017+ GM vehicles are 4 credits and you must be connected to the internet when you first do it as well. The vehicles list on the main website has all the credit information.
Then it's 4 more credits plus the TCM unlock service if you own a truck with the 8 speed. The 6 speed costs nothing extra.
