Throttle Body - Feedback Control question

The 2015-2017 F-150 2.7 EcoBoost, 2015-2018 Edge Sport 2.7 EcoBoost, 2017-2018 Fusion Sport 2.7 EcoBoost, and Mustang 2.3L EcoBoost all use the same factory throttle body, and looking at the factory tunes, the main difference is in the Engine -> Airflow -> Electronic Throttle -> Feedback Control -> Integral Gain setting. (ECM 12407)

The Edge Sport/Fusion Sport are set to 1.50 from the factory, while the F-150 is set to 1.25, and the Mustang 2.3L is set to 2.00

It's been a long time since I've taken anything related to feedback processes, but looking at the application it seems like the Mustang being the lighter of the 3 platforms would want a faster throttle response and have a higher gain? Would it be feasible to increase this setting for a faster response?

Increase for faster response

I tried this on my 2018 Explorer XLT (non-Eco). Stock gain was 2.00, so I tried 2.50 and noticed that there's a sizable delay when applying the throttle. So I tried setting it to 0.00 (stock setting on my 2014 SHO), and it seems a lot more responsive. I have noticed that the older Ford ECU controllers had the gain set to 0, while the newer ECU controllers (15-up for most applications) have values in there ranging from 1.25 to 2.00.

Has anyone else tried "0" for their EcoBoost vehicle?

i dont notice much difference, but i have my throttle rate limit turned up alot
