Internet required to write my tune

I am still using the old MPVI 1 interface and in the past when making trans tune changes(or PCM) at the track, I was not required to connect to the internet to flash. Now in the Flash box it has Internet beside the PCM/TCM write functions. If I try to write without being connected it give a failed to parse data table(sorry, alzheimers isnt treating me well). How do i disable to requirement to be connected to the Internet? it seems this has come along the last few Betas released.
