New File from Procharger I cant open, please help

Hey folks, I just drove my truck back from kansas and requested the stock, and procharged tune file for my 2019 sierra. They emailed them to me and I am getting the Unable to open file. Unsupported or newer version detected! So I did down load the newest BETA version of editor and the same thing, I already had the latest of regular editor.

All this being said they actually used and credited my MPVI2 for my 2019 sierra and I can actually do a read off of my truck and it just gives me a stock calibration file. "I actually know what this is so no worries" I just need to be able to open the files he sent me. can anyone help or see if your version will open it. attached is my stock file after ECM unlock with VATS patch.
