I was recently running v3.7 on old computer and installed latest version on a windows10 computer along with updated drivers and updating firmware on mpv1. Now I'm getting diagnostic protocol unable faults. I tried old computer with updated firmware and also get same error. Any ideas before I ask support but I'm afraid I'm going to get "we don't support mpv1"
