2018 F150 2.7L 10spd... Having issues raising WOT shift points consistantly

Have an issue with WOT shift points I'm hoping I can get some help with. The car has larger turbos and I want it to shift around 5800rpm in every gear.

1st gear always misses the target, even with the shift point lowered to 5500rpm, and for some reason it always short shifts the 3-4 shift at 5200rpm (which is the stock point). The rest of the shifts generally happen around 5600rpm when I want.
