Nissan Patrol Y62 2015 x7F negative response

I was trying to read Nissan Patrol Y62 2015 which is totaly stock never tuned.

Each time I start to read it gets to 70% then stops with the error x7F negative response , I even tried reading it with PCMflash but it stopped at 70% also !!

While doing this process I hooked it up with 12v power supply, changed the usb cable, all electric stuff is turned off, I even pulled the radio fuse as it was puting some load on the battery but with no luck.

Any other ideas?
