gen 3 scanner for afr error?

hey guys just wondering if anyone has ran into the issue im having. i been making a graph to log afr error for a p01 ecm running 3 bar map, seems the little graph logo has a red outline and wont read data? all other graphs work fine such as spark and retard along with short term and long term. anu ideas? i even purchased a layout that was made for my specific model and also no data. i noticed it also has the red outline on the same graph. tried mysencond laptop and same outcome?:banghead:
