VCM editor shows blank windows on everything except System

Hi Guys

I have a second hand Ford Focus RS. That may have been tuned before. it was returned to a stock map using COBB accessport.

I plugged in MPVI2 and connected to my lap top.
Reads vehicle ok
Save the read file and licensed it

then I click on all the windows, everything is blank except the System window.

What could be causing this?

Means you didn't read the ECM and you likely read the AWD system module only.

Try reading just the ecm in the read window.
