checksum error reading 08 maxima 3.5l

I am trying to read the file from a stock 2008 maxima 3.5l. I keep getting a checksum error. The program will not automatically pick up the cars controller. I have selected the SH_7058 since that is what i see listed under this car in your supported vehicle list. I have attached the error messages i am receiving. anyone know if i am doing something wrong? i am trying to read the file so i can reflash a new tcm once I finish the install on a new transmission into the vehicle(used junkyard swap)Attachment 114227 Attachment 114228
