2017 2.0t Camaro please help

Hey guys I have a 2017 2.0 turboed Camaro. I did a few mods to it that being a injen intake, borla downpipe, muffler delete, and first stage tune through hp. My tune is sending messages to the computer telling it to reduce power and prevent my turbo from spooling. I live in the poconos by East Stroudsburg. I was hoping somebody could point me in the direction of a good tuner not to far away bc the car really isn?t drivable it?s smoking way to bad and backfiring a lot more then it ever did. So please if you guys can take the time out to help me find someone to help me it?d be very much appreciated thanks.
