mpvi2 won't resync after update

maybe this is the right place to post?

mvpi2 fails to resync after a update. re downloaded drivers and suite, even bought credits to try that. won't read the vehicle or resync if I try that. credits won't add.
it erases, programs and then fails to resync after 10 tries.
updated Tuesday and used it with no problems until this morning when it said it needed to update again.

had to use my old efilive cable to finish the job since i was off site.

will try again in the morning I guess.

still waiting to fix this problem.
was emailed some things to try and it resynced after trying them.
then again this morning it did the same thing and wont resync no matter what i try to do.
