C1500 problem with hot start

I?m having issues with my truck. After I dialed in all the VE, MAF and timing, cold start is great, but when the engine is fully warmed up and I try to start it, sometimes starts and sometimes don?t (I have to hit the gas pedal to help it). Also when it starts, runs about 5 seconds and then goes down on the RPM and again, sometimes it pass the low RPM range and sometimes it stops. That cycle happens for the first 10 - 15 seconds, after that period the engine runs great and never die or lower the desired RPM.

I want to know what are the main parameters to improve that behavior (attached log and tune).

Your log doesn't show a hot start. Can't give feedback without seeing the issue.
