Tuner Locked after saving a completed read on E38/T43

I have an E38 ECM and T43 TCM that have been programmed at the same time with the GM tool. The VATS needs disabled, so a full read on both ECU's was completed with HPTuners and it asked for a file name to save as. File name entered, it saved the file and immediately says cannot open, Tuner Locked. If I restart HPTuners and try to open the file it saved, says Tuner Locked. Its read the ECU's all of the way and saved the file but cannot open them. Been trying to get answers from a couple of Facebook groups with no luck. Opened a ticket this morning, but no word back yet. It would seem someone has seen this before. Thanks!

There is a option somewhere in the editor to automatically lock all files. Perhaps that is turned on.

You might have flashed incompatible OS to E38. There are 4 different versions of E38.
Post ECM Service Number from the label on the unit's backside, OS # and VIN you used while flashing.
