Mpvi2 credit issue

Purchased 2 GM credits installed the new app key credits showed tried to flash the modified file to my car and it says I have no license for it. 1998 CAMARO AUTOMATIC 5.7. I see the 2 credits tied to the car purchased licenses. Any ideas what is wrong. I am lost!!

I even bought another 2 credits ( for another car and I don't see them )

I already resync the device and nothing changed.
