That car isn't on HP's supported vehicles list (https://www.hptuners.com/vehicles/) so the answer is most likely no.
Do you know what engine-management system it uses? HP doesn't seem to support any VAG cars earlier than the 2007 model year, but if that car uses the same engine-management system as a supported vehicle, they might be able to add it.
