Transfer data to new phone

I want to transfer all the data to new phone.
Both are Android.

Somewhere at the site i saw this info:
The Tracks.dat file contains the records of your Circuit mode tracks, Segments.dat contains your Segment mode tracks, and Trails.dat contains 4x4 Trails. Each on these can be copied to or from other devices running the same version of this app.

I can't find those file.
Searched the whole phone for the Tracks.dat and it doesn't reveal itself.

The sessions are stored in this folder:
\Card\Android\data\com.hptuners.trackaddict\files

i have transferred them successfully.

Please help!
