Upgrading MVPI standard to MVPI2 Pro issues

I am trying to order this upgrade. There is a link for "Upgrade" as well as "Upgrade plus Pro Feature" on the My Devices page next to the interface I want to upgrade, but either link only puts a MVPI2 standard in the cart. The "Upgrade plus Pro Feature" brings me to a page that shows the $439.99 price, but only adds the standard upgrade to my cart at $189. If I try to add the Pro Features package to my cart, it gives me an error that I have to select the serial number. Stuck in a loop.

Would you be able to create a support ticket so we can either get this fixed or offer you some alternatives?
