i cant get the car to shift around 7200-7300 in 3rd to 4th and 4th to 5
already try anticipated shift enabled or disable
max accel from 0-100
tq based shift enabled or disable
try to lower or increase mph
try to lower or increase rpm
NV base is change to reflect 3.73 gear
we try 2h00 on the road
need some help or im missing something

how to you want to reach 7200-7300 rpm when your rev limit is at 7000rpm?
I upload the wrong tune
It got the same trans setting except the revlimit at 7900
Upload a correct tune first.

It's not a limit, it's short-shifting.
Your spark enters BASE briefly on shift, your TCC is not responding correctly - you need to fix that.
Raise your neutral RPM limit - might help. You still have some limits to raise in your trans - look carefully.
