Did you try 2hz/1hz for the high/low fails as well as setting the counts to a lower number and setting the two "time" related ones to zero.
I have not. Didn't think that would have been an issue but Ill give it a try
My E40 will not properly fail the MAF unless fail hi/low are at 0/0. With the commonly recommended 2/1 it would show MAF status as 'Fail' and set the codes but would not run at all with the MAF tables zeroed out. 0/0 made it start acting right. No I don't know why.
