Trying to read codes that I know are there but when I click the read DTC button it almost immediately pops up "no DTC codes"
I know they are there because they show up on my edge CTS code reader when I scan DTC
It also shows nothing in the Emissions readiness box
I have re downloaded the latest program but this did nothing. I need to be able to check this stuff for inspection and im unable to, any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I have the same issue on one of my laptops. Hopefully we are both able to learn from the same question
So I'm playing with it right now and found out that if i don't click the red circle to start scanning just connect to vehicle, when I click the read DCT'S the emissions stuff comes up no DCT's show because i have shut them off
I am new to using this program and trying to teach myself how to make use of it. Trying to get the readiness monitors to complete
Let me try that this weekend. What's weird is I have an old POS Dell and that function works correctly. The newer one, not.
