mpvi not reading my ecu

i have a 2015 ram 1500 that i was able to read on my older computer and get access to the ecu now that i upgrade the laptop it wont let me read the truck or scan it, ecu its still lock i was just downloading the factory tune.

also i have a 2018 charger scat pack that wont read it either i found out about that smart access cable i already order it.

i don't know if its time to upgrade to the mpvi2 i have mpvi pro.

MPVI1 should allow you to read 2015 Ram, I would suggest you open a support ticket for further assistance.

hello BILL, my mpvi pro when i hook up since updating sez interfaze not recondnized ,i tried to remove hpt and reload didnt help ,what do i need to do

Most common reason would be not having the drivers installed
