E38 4wd low Segment swap to Manual Transfer case

I have an 07 E38/t42

OS 12614088

I've searched the entire repository for a tune file that has a manual Transfer case. (I can't locate one that I could potentially Segment swap)

I'm hoping I can use the manual T-case option to tell my jeep that its in low range. It will not shift in low range at all in its current state.

Is there anywhere that I can find a file? I believe I have found the vin(1GCEK14018E146955) of what I'm needing but can't find an HP tune file.

Is there anything else that I'm missing/options?
