Can someone help me set up a Mustang 4.6 2006? After stage 1, the engine automatically opens and closes the throttle while driving.

In Torque Management->General, Enable Torque Module Switch. I've seen that cause some funky issues with throttle and idle. Also, in ETC TQ Mgmt section, adjust some of the settings in those tables and see if that helps you.
Could you please change this in my file?
