Big turbo Fusion 2.0EB tb closing insufficient fuel

Hey guys. I have a mpvi2 and we are currently tuning my 2.0EB fusion on 93 and m1 methanol injection (7gph devils own nozzle). I have 1700cc dw injectors but have not installed them. Frp at wot is 2600-2900 even before throttle is closing.
Turbo is a Garrett GTX2867R gen2

We are currently running a 15.95 spring in the gate and running the source straight to bottom of the gate venting the top of the gate.

Desired tip will not go above 31psi while actual is around 36psi peak or so.
