Can we actually get some support for the wideband via serial input on the mpvi2

I'm using a scg1 innovate wideband. Everytime I log the pid for lc-2 drops(others have gotten the scg1 to work on the lc2) I've searched and found multiple individuals experiencing this issue with no help from support. With all the money spent from other users and myself you'd think these guys would throw us a #&!%?/ bone here and give us the help we need. I've tried the beta software on the scanner, I've repolled and closed out my application and restarted it. I've resynched my interface because others have had that work. Nothing is working for me, once again, hptuners , take the time to help us please! For once give a !&@ about the consumer other than Your pockets.
