My wife just picked up a 2020 explorer and I am curious if its worth it like it is on the lager EB motors.
It is for sure, but being a 2020 you really don,t want to loose your warranty due to it being tuned, if you take it to a dealer for any kind of service or recalls they will know it was tuned due to the nature of the systems they have in it. I have a 2013 Fusion with a 2.0 eco, and with all I,ve done to it, If I had to give a guess. I,d say it's real close too 325 350 HP, which considering it's only 240 stock, I,d say I did pretty good. I have a 2017 Fusion Sport 2.7 eco that is tuning into a monster with just a few mods ,and tuning. Far as the 2.3 goes, they tune nice, talked to guy with a Mustang 2.3 eco. Said his put close to 450 down at the wheels, but he also was heavily modded.
