0-90 ohm fuel level sender input

I am working on a 66 Stepvan with LM7. For the guages I would like to use a tablet/iPad and I know most engine gauges are available. Is it possible to use the fuel level sender to input into the ECM and have a gauge on the tablet for fuel level? I realize the resistance of this older style sender is different than modern units but is there a gauge available on the display of any OBDII outputs anyway?
