Bug: Temperature Hysteresis

Not sure if there is a dedicated channel to report bugs.

With a stock read the fan speed hysteresis settings show 4C / 39.2F, which is a temperature conversion bug since a hysteresis of 4C is 7.2F No -32 needed in the temperature conversion.

Adding a channel with the PCM connected does strange things to the channel list. It overwrites the channels in the channels window with unused channels, which then disappear once you add your channel. Make it hard to see where the new channel will end up.

As for the help file (http://www.hptuners.com/help/VCM-Editor/) ... come on, it's mostly blank. The Dodge part is totally empty.
