Ambient Air Temp Reading in HP Tuners

In a Corvette C7, where is HP Tuners reading the ambient air temperature? I thought it was the sensor in the front grill but that appears to update the DIC only. I disconnected and HP Tuners still gets the temperature which is way different that the DIC temperature. When disconnected the DIC doesn't get a temp.

Is it integrated in the MAF or TMAP?

It’s in the map sensor - it’s a three in one sensor MAP/ IAT/ MAF
