spark retard again, recent 0411/p59 swap. Someone help.

I've been trying to get rid of spark retard and seems to be only getting worse. I recently installed a P59 from an 05 express van, e85 and 3bar enhanced. I've been adjusting my Ve but continue to get spark retard. Pulled timing 3 different times but still wants to pull more. My flex spark adder is 4 degrees. Its been happening at 3000rpms and below. IF I pull the 8 degrees my scanner is saying to or is then my timing is around 4 degrees. I'm missing something. Attachment 92617 Attachment 92618
