The almighty google told me that it might be your EGR DPFE (EGR Pressure Feedback) sensor.
Sorry 5FDP l think your google is wrong it is a DPF sensor just have figure out which one.
If it's not that I have read that is the DPF filter is clogged up it can set that code or the sensors is bad.
On the exhaust there is like 2 tubes that run into the exhaust and into a sensor, 1 before and after the filter in the exhaust pipe. I think it's taking the reading before the filter and after to see the differential pressure between the two.
