does the license cover the vin number or just the 1st file uploaded from the ecu?

My old tuner tuned my car with SCT for my mods. I want to retune the car with HP and add E85. I have to drive 300 miles to get to my new tuner. I want to keep the stock GM file and the tune that has already been made for my car with the sct. My question is if I upload the modded tune from my ecu with my MPVI2 then returned the ecu to the stock gm tune with the SCT can I then upload the stock gm tune with the MPVI2 and be able to use both tunes out buying extra credits? I want to unmarry the sct bdx and sell it But I want to keep the modded tune to drive the car befor I get it retuned. I dont want to lose the stock GM tune incase i ever return the car to stock to sell.
