Play speech files at turns/waypoints?

I do hillclimbs.
A single pass on the course while running TrackAddict should define the new course.
I would like to flag points on the course for the purpose of playing pre-recorded Race Notes.
This function would turn TrackAddict into my navigator, provided TA will have the capacity to link waypoints to speech files.
