Help increasing torque

Hi everyone. Looking to get some help with this Escape 2.0. It is being held back at 3300 rpm and 4000 rpm. I cant seem to get the torque higher and smoother like I would want. It seems like its missing a lot of potential because torque drops after 4000 rpm but them starts to climb again after 5400 rpm. This is running on fulle85 as well and I know it reach its maximum performance without an aux system, but it still looks like it can be pushed further.
