License Error

Hi,

I was curious if anyone else has had any issues with licensing before? I was using a friends laptop to license my new Vette 3 weeks back, when I went to write a new tune I quickly realized it must of "Auto" opened a file that was previously open on the computer. Keep in mind I had the cable connected and transferred my application over to the computer and removed his application key.

I brought this up with support and was met with immediate negativity about how that its not possible for this type of situation to happen. Then after quite a few email exchanges it was then noted that it can indeed happen and was a feature "requested by customers". This seems a little backwards to me. I've been a loyal customer (Purchased 18 credits so far) and feel that customer service is lacking.
