i bought them from there and used them on my caprice and i went to write and it said i needed to buy credits again

I buy all my credits through them. Did you call or email the tuning school?
Did you read the FSCM? More than likely thats what the software is asking you to license. If you have no plans to tune/license the FSCM select do not read in the read window.
This doesn't sound like an issue with the tuning school or credits and rather you reading the FSCM.
