turbo idle high

so we are doing a twinturbo swap in an 81 chev sqarebody lm7 mild turbo cam (ran stock no boost np )but now that turbos are plumbed in my thought is the idle is high 2500-1800 rpm because the turbos are forcing air past the throttle blade and iac. idle airflow and frictionair flow have minimal effect is the solution to close the throttle stop more maybe obstruct the hole ?

That is not enough info to figure out why the idle is high, however there is absolutely no way the turbos are increasing airflow at idle. Not possible.

If I had to guess I would say you have a vacuum leak
