I had the same issue and had to make sure my laptop was connected to the internet when I did the read before it downloaded the TCM.
im having issues as well Im connected online and on read entire just pulls tcm files and no function for speedo in the scanner as well
Anyone That’s having issues with the VCM editor needs to contact HP tuners support you’re not gonna get it fixed here on the forum.
