Ford escape tune writing

Hey everyone just started getting into the tuning software and datalogging. Working on some MPG changes for DFCO and transmission settings. When I went to write the tune it stated I needed to clear the p0605 code. I did some searching on here but didnt really find an answer other then doing a full rewrite. Is there another way around this?

Its only when you try to write calibration only, You can select write entire or go to engine diag and find p0605 and select no error reported

What year Escape are you tuning ?
