What obd channels should I select?

Hello, I'm loving this app so far. I started messing around in race render as well and it got me to thinking. Out of these obd2 channels, which one's are best to use to get me data in race render? My car is a stock Z4 so I really don't think I need the intake air temp or MAF, but hey data is data. I guess i'm also asking is it worth it add anything else? Should I keep vehicle mph since I have GPS to tell me that anyway? Should I lesson some because of the sampling rate note? Basically I'm a total noob in this and don't really know which way I want to jump yet.

Having both OBD Speed and RPM included will enable gear detection in TrackAddict and RaceRender... It's certainly not perfect, but it can be useful in the absence of direct gear number reporting over OBD-II.
