Unsupported Tune File VCM Editor

Was going back and forth with a tuner. I sent him a log and vehicle read so that a tune can be made. This was done with the software before 4.6.3
Tuner finally sent me a tune file and my VCM editor said it was unsupported or I needed an update. I then proceded to update my software this morning. So i currently have the latest update. The file still wont open. How do i go about resolving this issue?
Not sure if this matters, but im from the US and tuner is from Austrailia
Anyone have any thoughts?

Download the Beta. That should fix the issue.
