2012 Commander 1000

Received my cable today only to have it fail to read. I am using beta, version 4.11.200. The normal version of VCM editor will not talk to it at all. When I use beta it will at least recognize the vehicle. The operating system is V7E5122RB1RHS. In the hardware drop down there are only two options (both appear to be the same, but one has spaces in the name) and they both fail when trying to read. When you select one there is an "internet" option that pops up but it doesn't appear to do anything either. Has anyone had success with getting a read on a Commander?

Same here. Reads fail. It?s a 2021 commander xmr HD10. I rolled back to 4.11.179. They had problems with the 4.11.250. I can open a file someone posted here but cannot read. Or scan. It only polls my external wide band. Guess it?s still new.

Most likely they do not have the stock file to load.
I have a .bin for the 2021 Commander 1000, if you can get them to convert it for you, just read it yesterday.

I was able to open the file that was posted in the other thread as well.

We likely have not seen your file before. Email support with an infolog and we can work on getting it added.

I contacted support yesterday and heard back early this afternoon. I submitted the infolog and debug file as requested along with screen shots of the failed reads that were requested.

Went through the support chain, they elevated the issue. Ticket 21569

Sent the computer to engineering yesterday as requested.

I reinstalled the computer over the weekend and it communicates as it should. I got the "you are viewing a stock file" disclaimer as mentioned in the tips thread. I haven't poked around too much yet, but I did find some of the tables that I was looking for.
I am still searching for the "sport mode" tables if anyone knows what they are called in the software.

The reason I need the file is my ecu went bad I got a hold of a 2014 ecu and i need to flash it with a 2011 or 2012 file,or travel out of town to get it flashed trying to save some money and flash it my self thanks for your time in advance
