Maximum Airflow Change for Ported and Oversized Throttle Bodies

Look at post #7 where EFI live has the tables defined which are the maximum airflow change allowed.

I believe the same tables in HP Tuners are located in the Engine Diagnostics tab but this seems to only be related to setting a diagnostic code rather than doing any sort of torque limiting. Does anyone have any info on these tables? I know for a fact that a stock LT4 exceeds the values in the Max Airflow vs RPM table. But there is no limiting or codes set.
