How to install VCM Suite??

Lets see if I can explain this correctly:
I have a windows 10 computer at work that is admin blocked for basically everything.
If I try to install the VCM Suite traditionally it will not let me.... Pretty much installing any software requires an admin password.

I didnt know if there was anyway to install the suite by just maybe copy and pasting certain files instead of actually running an installer? I dont need to flash or scan or anything just want to be able to view tunes while im at work.

Figured it out...
incase anyone was wondering, simply copying the entire HPTuners folder from "Program Files" onto a jump drive and Pasting onto another computer will allow the exe to successfully run.
