TCC unlock at 0% TPS while cruising

Latest project has 0411 PCM out of a truck and a 4l60E. I've noticed that the TCC will unlock any time I let off the throttle. But I have other 0411/4l60e combos that don't do this and would like the TCC to stay engaged until speed drops below release MPH. I've been searching for a solution and haven't found anything to resolve this yet. Some have mentioned this is normal for truck PCMs to do this..... BUT I flashed over the OEM tune in the PCM with a 2001 f-body tune from one of my other cars before I started any other tuning.

Am I missing a setting somewhere in the tune to allow the TCC to stay engaged at 0% throttle while cruising at say 50mph?
